This week in clinic I was privileged to hear the most beautiful story.

My client was bought to tears by an act of generosity by a complete stranger.

His story is so simple, yet so profound.

He was buying his weekly fresh fruit &veggies from a local farmers market and unbeknownst to him the person in front of him paid for his produce.

He was blown away by the thoughtfulness of this beautiful soul and the gift of fresh, wholefoods that was now blessed even more by the love of a complete stranger.

It is common to see ‘pay it forward’ in cafes for a daily coffee, but this gift of fresh, whole living food adds a whole new meaning to that gift.

So why not bless a fellow human being with a gift of kindness when you are next at the farmers market.
